  • Your Building and Room Number

  • Red Tag Number of your computer

Why call the help desk?
Software:
• You don’t have it loaded on your machine
• Not working or freezing

Printing:
• Printer not working
• File won’t print

Hardware:
• Computer isn’t working, can’t log in
• Sound isn’t working
• Laptops not working, logging in, freezing, don’t see the list of names…
• Projector and/or document camera not working
For immediate or time sensitive issues such as:

You have issues during a presentation or just before a presentation/lesson is set to begin.

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TEST RUN YOUR PRESENTATION A DAY OR 2 BEFORE AND THE DAY OF YOUR PRESENTATION. ALWAYS HAVE A BACK UP PLAN!
